DotRed Agency's Refund Policy

DotRed Digital strives to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be times when our clients are not completely satisfied with our work. In these cases, we are happy to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, clients must submit a written request within 14 days of receiving their final deliverables. This request must include a detailed explanation of why the client is not satisfied with our work. Once we receive the request, we will review the situation, and if we determine that a refund is warranted, we will issue the refund within 14 days.
Please note that refunds are not available for clients who simply change their minds about a project or who do not provide adequate feedback during the project. We also do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed. Finally, please note that DotRed Digital reserves the right to decline any refund request that we determine, in our sole discretion, is not valid.
